Payment and Confirmation Information:
After you click the "Review Order " button, you will be taken to a confirmation screen, where you will be given the opportunity to review the transaction and to cancel or to authorize payment. After you authorize payment, your credit card will be charged promptly.

Within a few moments after payment you will receive two emails. One will serve as your receipt and the other will confirm the registration and provide information about the conference. If you do not receive either, please contact NorthLegal Training and Publications at 623.537.7150.

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy

You may substitute participants without charge at any time; just notify us by calling (623.537.7150) or by faxing (623.537.7921) a letter to us. You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund of your registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is received by NorthLegal by fax (623.537.7921) or mail (the address is below) 90 days before the program begins. You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is received by NorthLegal by fax or mail at least 30 days before the program begins. We're sorry, but no refunds will be given for cancellations which are emailed, or for cancellations which are faxed or postmarked after those dates. Recording

No portion of any NorthLegal training event may be audio or video recorded without the express written consent of NorthLegal Training and Publications.

Photography

Participants may take still photographs during the program, so long as it is done in an unobtrusive manner.

NorthLegal or its agents may also take still photographs during the program and events associated with the program and may post photographs to its website. Because it may be impractical for NorthLegal to identify and contact each person shown in each photograph, registration for this program constitutes consent to such use unless you request otherwise in writing before the program begins. NorthLegal will honor any written request to remove from its website photographs in which you are pictured clearly enough to identify you within 30 days after receipt of such request. Such requests must be mailed to NorthLegal at the address shown on this website.
